Check-in : 3pm - 8pm
Check-out : until 11am

As a small, guest house we do not have a 24h staffed reception desk. Which means you would have to set up the time for your Check-in in advance. If you have not already advised us of your estimated time of arrival, please let us know by email or phone by the end of the day before you check in. If we do not know your arrival time we cannot guarantee that we will be here to greet you.

Also if on your day of Check-in your estimated time of arrival changes, again please just let us know, so that we can ensure someone is here for you.

Our Cancellation Policy

A credit card/debit card is required to secure your booking.

To ensure a speedy departure payment is on arrival.

No fees are incurred if you cancel 2 days prior to your arrival date , when you book a standard tariff. In the event of a no show or a cancellation not within the cancellation policy a fee for the first night will be charged. During Bank Holiday periods a non-refundable deposit is required.No refunds on non refundable room rates.

 Parking Information

Parking can be a challenge so we have listed a few options to help prepare your stay. Whatever you decide to do just pull up outside the front and we will help you decide which option is best for you.

Purchase a visitor’s permit from us at a cost of £12.00 for 24 hours. You will need to fill in the voucher and clearly display it in your windscreen. You must park in certain streets within the C Zone. Restrictions are in place 8am-8pm Monday-Sunday (you need to pre order this permit from)

There is an NCP car park on High Street. £18.20 for 24 hours. The car park is very close to Amherst.
